The NPC seeks to promote economic self-sufficiency, reduce reliance on social grants, and restore dignity, pride, and opportunity in rural towns.

Through mentorship, skills development, and market access, the NPC aims to help communities build sustainable local food economies while encouraging beautification, community pride, and the revitalisation of rural towns.
